About Us : Dr. Chandrakant Mokal & Dr. Yogesh Mokal; two men with one vision of serving people in Konkan started 'Suvarnadurga Shipping & Marine Services Pvt. Ltd.' at a small town near Dapoli. Being successful medicinal professionals; it was easily possible for both of them to practice at any popular destination. But as ardent lovers of Konkan, they faced difficulties of traveling like every local person. Every time they were facing the same problem as a common man... lack of transportation services. To cross a single kilometer's creek they use to travel for 2-3 hours by road. One fine day; they decided to take initiative in starting a ferry boat service at Dabhol. The task was not so easy. But their vision & belief of serving people transformed the difficult task into the reality. Today within three years of span; along with Dabhol; a second service at Vesvi has started. Hundreds of people are taking advantage of this service.
